Season One

Mihilea joined people2people in early 2023, coming on board as an Accounting and Finance Consultant in our Sydney office. Before joining our NSW team, Mihilea worked in the hospitality industry for 5 years across a range of luxury hotels and resorts in Bora Bora. Eventually moving to Sydney in 2018, Mihilea began working in retail where she developed her passion for helping customers and building up relationships with them. In addition to building her career in hospitality and retail, Mihilea also achieved a Diploma in Education, Marketing and Communications, and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services at the Australian Pacific College. Mihilea has been able to transfer her experience and knowledge from her previous roles and hit the ground running in recruitment.
