About the role:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key part in managing employee life cycles, recruitment, and working with hiring managers to create sourcing strategies that attract and secure top talent. You will oversee the entire recruitment process, from requisition approval to offer acceptance, creating and implementing strategies to ensure successful hires.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in an end-end Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role previously, with a proven history of success in a high-volume, fast-paced corporate setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or PeopleStreme is highly regarded.
- Stakeholder management experience, being able to confidently collaborate with HR leadership and hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to manage recruitment activities while ensuring strict adherence to processes and compliance standards.
- Talent Mapping experience: Experience using Linkedin Recruiter is critical.
- Good negotiation skills.
