Great opportunities for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists or Talent Business Partner to join this National Members Based organisation. Within the supportive team of 3, you will be able to use your strategic planning to ensure effective delivery of the National recruitment process.
Responsibilities include :
- Manage and deliver on all talent acquisition activities across 2 business groups in relation to talent search, sourcing, assessment and selection from junior to executive level
- Partner with senior leaders and executives to define future workforce plan
- Build success profiles and drive sourcing strategies through talent acquisition activities using Linkedin and other platforms
- Act as the subject matter expert and coach to leaders throughout the talent acquisition process
- Manage the relationship with all recruitment vendors
- Implement talent acquisition processes that drive excellence in candidate experience
To be considered for interview, you must have:
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition function, either in-house or agency
- Strong business partnering ability with a passion to assist people with their career growth
- Ability to influence constructively with a collaborative leadership style
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management
- Strong verbal and written communication for advert creation and stakeholder management
- Ability to develop pragmatic, outcomes focused solutions
