About the role:
Join Samsung’s dynamic social media team and play a key role in shaping one of Australia’s most engaging online communities. You’ll create and execute innovative campaigns, spark meaningful conversations, and connect with audiences across social platforms. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the Senior Social Media Lead and agency partners to develop and implement our social media strategy with a focus on always on activity which includes the integration of product and marketing campaigns.
- Own Samsung’s social media content calendar and organic publishing, ensuring content is planned in advance, aligns to our social playbook and the calendar remains up to date.
- Lead Samsung influencer and advocacy programs.
- Work with the team and agency partners to produce best practice social content that will engage and grow our community, ensuring alignment to our social media playbook and business objectives
- Daily social media monitoring to identify trends and opportunities for social to drive engagement and advocacy.
- Work with the team to input into weekly and monthly reporting incl. measurement and tracking as well as insights and recommendations to optimise activity.
- Provide recommendations regarding best practices, paid media tactics, audience targeting and retargeting strategies where required
About YOU:
- Minimum 3 years social media experience including management of an ongoing content calendar, strategy and ideation plus reporting and insights and understanding the data at hand.
