The Company:
This consulting company and Commercial Law Firm operates from its offices in both Sydney and Hobart, extending its advisory services nationally to both governmental entites and private energy corporations. With a robust presence across NSW, QLD, TAS and VIC, the firm specialises in providing comprehensive legal counsel on diverse projects within the energy sector. The firm represents solar and wind farm construction and associated companies.

The Role:
The company is presently looking for senior lawyers to join their fast-growing team. As a lawyer, your primary responsibility centres on active learning and practical application of legal expertise under the mentorship of seasoned professionals. Your role will involve leveraging your legal acumen and technical knowledge to contribute to the firm's clients effectively. Additionally, you will focus on nurturing client relationships, honing your commercial understanding, and serving as a mentor to junior colleagues. Integral to your responsibilities is the alignment with the firm's cultural ethos, brand identity, and business model.

The Candidate:
To be considered for the position, you must have 5-6 years PQE in either the Energy or Construction sector.

Additionally, candidates must:
- Possess a valid practising certificate and tertiary qualification in law
- Exemplify time management and attention to detail
- Have experience thriving in collaborative team environments
- Foster strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust among teams and clients
- Be proficient in managing competing priorities within a dynamic work setting
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication
- Have a proactive attitude towards learning and development
- Be somewhat flexible to travel interstate as required (not often)
