The organisation
People2people are excited to be partnering with a fast-growing organisation to source a Recruitment Administrator to join their established and high performing HR team. With established sites spread across QLD – they continue to grow through acquisition, and they need assistance in coordinating and supporting the end-to-end recruitment activities.
The opportunity
Working within the HR team, this role will be responsible for coordinating and providing administrative support for the end-to-end recruitment process. Assisting with resume / phone screens, creating shortlists, coordinating interviews and then assisting with the compliance process is just the start.
Selection criteria
- Previous recruitment / HR admin experience
- Strong understanding of hospitality / retail is advantageous
- Highly developed communication / interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, strong time management and coordination skills
- Tech savvy – MS Office Suite
