people2people are currently hiring a 6 month Project Support Officer position for a State Government Agency, offering an immediate start for the right candidate. This role is based in Melbourne CBD, 3000, and offers hybrid work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary and meeting management, minute-taking, document preparation
- Organising briefings and coordinating presentations
- Maintaining digital records and confidential information
- Supporting finance processes including invoicing and procurement
- Provide high level administrative support across all teams
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a Project Officer/Administration position
- Experience working within State Government is highly regarded but not essential
- Strong administration and communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and managing confidential information
- Must have or be willing to obtain a National Police Check
