As a Payroll Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Your expertise will contribute directly to our mission of delivering high-quality care by supporting our valued staff.
The Role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working in a small team environment, the responsibilities of the role will include,
- End to end payroll processing
- Calculating leave, deductions, entitlements and terminations
- Preparation of Superannuation and assisting with reporting and reconciliations
- Dealing with payroll queries and providing exceptional customer service
- Other adhoc duties as required
The successful applicant will have/be,
- Proven experience in end to end payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Administration tasks as required
