Paralegal

About Us:
This well-established national law firm have approximately 80 staff members in their Perth office and are based in a prime location. The team are committed to delivering exceptional legal services to their clients across various corporate sectors and are seeking a Paralegal to join their restructuring team:

The Role:
Joining the restructuring & recoveries team you will work alongside one other paralegal supporting 1 partner with your duties including:

• File management: running files and liaising with clients regarding matter queries
• Document drafting: statements of claim, demands, judgements, notices and pleadings
• Filing: e-filing court documents
• Debtor management: liaise with debtors and negotiate payment
• Administration: general admin duties as required

About you:

Training will be provided for the role however experience working in a legal support capacity in a similar environment is required:
• Experience running files would be highly regarded
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of attention to detail
