People2people are currently working with this well-established West Midlands firm who have several offices throughout the region. Based in Solihull, we currently have an opportunity for a New Build Residential Property Conveyancer / Solicitor to join the busy team based.

About the role:
- Experienced managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion;
- Experinced across all areas including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
- Review and negotiate contracts, leases, and developer agreements to protect client interests.
- Ensure all searches, title checks, and documentation are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
About you:
- You will have a relevant qualification (Solicitor, CILEx, CLC)
- Have experience managing a high volume of cases
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be comfortable networking and driving business development.
