We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Multi-Product Buyer to join an expanding brand on a 6-month fixed-term-contract. This well-established company has a global presence across APAC and are rapidly expanding in UK.

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a passionate Multi-Product Buyer who is ready to take charge of an exciting range of products. You’ll lead the product journey from identifying emerging trends to sourcing and purchasing, all while ensuring that each product reflects the brand’s identity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Take full ownership of developing and curating our brand’s clothing, homewares and toy ranges, managing a diverse product portfolio.
• Research and analyse market trends across fashion, lifestyle, and toys, staying ahead of current and future movements to identify product opportunities.
• Lead buying strategies, prepare sales reports, and manage product selection and procurement.
• Prepare and present product proposals, pricing strategies, and range builds to senior management, ensuring alignment with the brand’s values and audience.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier communications.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and oversee product lifecycle management to optimise efficiency.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure collections reflect brand and target market.
• Monitor stock levels and sales performance, adjusting orders to maximise profits.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to stay updated and build relationships.
• Work with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all products meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience in a Multi-Product Buyer role, with expertise in clothing, and accessories. Fast Fashion industry experience would be an advantage!
• Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and a passion for developing new products.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks, working independently and within a team.
• A collaborative, positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced, creative environment, and building strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers.

Additional Information:
• This is a 6-month fixed-term-contact covering a period of maternity leave.
• Base salary £40,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience.
