We have multiple Legal Secretary roles available with leading Sydney based law firms located in the Sydney CBD.

The roles:
The Legal Secretary roles have available would see you supporting up to Partner level, executing these tasks on a daily basis:
-Preparing and drafting legal documents
-Calendar and inbox management
-Booking meeting rooms and travel arrangements
-Monthly billing
-Liaising with clients
-Filing legal documents
-General administrative duties

About you:
Strong candidates for these positions will possess the following attributes:
-2+ years of experience in a legal support position
-Experience across the practice areas of Insurance, Commercial Litigation or Personal Injury
-Previous billing experience
-Excellent written and communication skills
-The ability to take initiative
-Attention to detail
