about the role
This role will see you working in stunning offices and providing high level administrative support to the Partner and team. Daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing all incoming calls
- Diary management
- File management
- General accounts, client reporting and monthly billing
- Assisting with drafting, reviewing and preparing correspondence/documentation
- Organising meetings and travel coordination
- Liaising with clients
Working in this fast-paced environment, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience working within the legal sector or professional services
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
- Strong and confident written and verbal communication
- Professional presentation
- Strong organisational skills
- A personable attitude
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Previous experience working with time recording and billing systems such as Aderant or 3e (highly desirable)
