The opportunity
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this role will focus on providing support across the full employee lifecycle for sites across Australia while assisting with exciting projects that are focused on engagement, retention and growth. No two days will be the same and you will be interacting with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Selection criteria:
- Tertiary HR Qualification coupled with proven HR generalist experience
- Thorough understanding of awards and legislation
- ER / IR experience – including investigations
- Stakeholder engagement & liaison experience
- Computer literacy – MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel to site when required
