The Role
- Analyse and enhance financial systems, focusing on improving the overall functionality and accuracy of the financial reporting processes
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Implement system configurations, troubleshoot, and maintain financial software to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and maintain financial data integration's between different business systems
- Provide expert support and training to teams on financial systems functionality and best practices
- Proven experience as a Finance System Analyst, preferably in the insurance sector
- Strong understanding of TechnologyOne financial solutions
- Experience with business process analysis and translating requirements into system specifications
- Highly developed communication skills
- Document business requirements for review
- Develop and update training material
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT or related field
