Reporting to the Head of FP&A, responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner will include;
- Partner with the business to provide project financial analysis, strategic advice & support to the Leadership team
- Enhance insights to improve operational/finance performance through challenging assumed outcomes and scrutinising business cases
- Identify performance trends that are not in line with strategic goals and proactively work with various internal teams to overcome these challenges
- Implement financial and operational processes for new business opportunities
Your Skills
- CPA/CA/CIMA qualifications with a solid track record of operating as a Finance Business Partner or similar in a large business environment
- Bring industry experience in organisations with project-based outcomes such as construction, engineering and infrastructure
- Experience owning strategic projects from development to execution
- Highly adaptable to operate effectively in a dynamic business setting
- High-level communication skills and are accustomed to working with and influencing multiple stakeholders (internal & external)
- Strong financial modelling capability on MS Excel
