About the role:
Our client is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist to support the planning and delivery of a large event in 2025. This is a 3-month contract
role where you’ll be the first point of contact for phone and email enquiries and provide crucial support for event logistics and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming enquiries via phone and email.
- Follow up on VIP invitations.
- Assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional materials.
- Support event-related marketing efforts as required.
- Attend on the day to help deliver a successful event.
- Strong experience in reception or handling high volumes of enquiries.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
