About the organisation
People2people are partnering with an organisation that specialises in optimising and streamlining processes and procedures by offering a technology platform that delivers technical solutions to their niche client base.
The opportunity
Taking on this newly created will see you build strong relationships with customers, providing support, updates and training in relation to product and service offered. You will be part of the project team that identifies opportunities (changes and updates), onboarding customers, implementing systema and providing system training on site.
Selection criteria;
- Previous experience in Customer Success / Customer Support role within software / SaaS
- High level of computer skills and technical understanding of SaaS and cloud services highly advantageous
- Experience working within modern CRM’s and or support ticketing systems
- Proven organisation and time management skills as you will be working across multiple projects / customers
- Self-starter who can work autonomously but still form part of the broader team
