Based in Coventry we currently have an opportunity for a Conveyancer/Solicitor to join the busy team based. With excellent ongoing professional development and the opportunity to work in an established, collaborative team this is a fantastic opportunity.
About you:
- You will have a relevant qualification (Solicitor, CILEx, CLC)
- Have experience managing a high volume of cases
- Experienced managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be comfortable networking and driving business development.
