people2people are currently recruiting multiple call centre officer
positions for an initial 12 month assignment
with potential to extend. These positions are based in Frankston, with 4 weeks of training in office, then offering hybrid work arrangements after training. Minimum 20 hours per week, working Wednesday-Sundays between 1pm-10pm (shift worker rates apply).
The Role:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and web-based enquiries
- Answering inbound customer calls
- Logging and coordinating jobs as required
- Support after hour operations
About You:
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate computer skills and fast, accurate typing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work between hours 1pm-10pm from Wednesday-Sunday
