About the role:
Monitor, evaluate and develop Authorised Service Centre and repair network ensuring KPI’s and Customer Service standards are achieved. Work with State Sales Manager to ensure service strategy meets customer expectations. Responsible for the effective service management activities across Aircon products
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Site assistance for repairs, installation, project inspection and project commissioning
- Evaluation and development of service repair network ensuring KPI and customer service standards are achieved.
- Maintain and achieve full regional service coverage for air-condition products ensuring repair quality and customer service standards are maintained at the highest level.
- Maintain high level of communication with State Sales team and provide appropriate solutions to support sales.
- Technical support including triage to Authorised service centres (ASCs) and other repairers (OTAs)
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone manner.
- Strong understadning within Air Conditioning
