The Accounts Payable & Payroll Officer will handle the AP function for the business and provide back up support to the Payroll Manager.
The Role
- Processing payments in accordance with financial policies and procedures
- Reconcile the AP general ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for
- Provide back up support to the Payroll Manager for the monthly pay run, superannuation processing and resolving payroll enquiries
- Reconcile vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
Your Skills
- Accounts payable background where you have ideally managed the AP function autonomously
- Prior experience using Xero is highly regarded
- You are a genuine part time candidate seeking 3 days a week employment
- Experience supporting payroll is advantageous, however the business is prepared to train a newcomer in this area
