The Role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be working in a team of six, the responsibilities of the role will include,
- End to end payroll processing (multiple payrolls)
- Leave management, salary packaging, superannuation and tax
- Set up of new employees and processing terminations
- Dealing with internal and external stakeholder queries
- Identifying and implementation of process improvement initiatives
- Ad hoc Project work (Audit, compliance and reporting)
The successful applicant will have/be,
- Highly experienced in end to end payroll
- Ability to interpret Awards and EA's
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation
- Capabilities in process improvement and Audit
- Strong payroll systems exposure
- A team player, with a professional and positive attitude
- Growing and dynamic organisation
