Property Manager
About the Role
Our client is seeking a capable and proactive Property Manager to join a collaborative team overseeing a large residential portfolio. The role sits within a supportive pod structure, with a strong focus on communication, organisation, and full-cycle property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine property inspections
- Manage end-of-lease processes, including bond disposal and tenancy finalisation
- Handle tenant enquiries relating to accounts and financial matters
- Advertise and prepare listings for available properties
- Oversee arrears management to ensure consistent rental income
- Support team members with various portfolio-related tasks
- Operate confidently in a tech-forward, paperless environment
- Property Management Registration
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency with property management systems (Property Tree and Inspections Express preferred)
- Comfortable using digital tools (e.g., Google Hangouts for meetings)
- Competitive salary based on experience
