With a Bachelor of Science (Psych) Melanie joined the recruitment industry in 2005 in people2people’s Sydney office and moved to Brisbane in 2009. Melanie comes with a wealth of experience recruiting across the business support and operations spectrum including: Administration, Reception, Secretarial, Legal Support Staff, Project Support, Sales, Customer Service / Call Centre and HR & Recruitment.​
