Krystal Spittal

Krystal began her journey at people2people in 2019 as a graduate consultant specialising in legal support recruitment. Over time, she advanced to the role of Team Leader, where she managed a team of specialist recruitment consultants. Currently, she serves as the Team Success Manager in the Melbourne branch, leading office operations, driving continuous improvement with systems and processes in VIC, and supporting team learning and development through group and individual coaching.
